Killer Bee Cold Brew


A friend told me about the Honey Cinnamon Cold Brew, or also known as the Killer Bee Cold Brew drink, and it is my new go-to drink. As many of my close friends know, I’ve had to stop using sugar. This little gem, the Killer Bee Cold Brew, made with honey and cinnamon is perfect.


Let’s start with the Honey Syrup and Cinnamon.

In a small saucepan, add the water, honey and cinnamon sticks. Set the pan over medium high heat, and stir frequently, until the honey has completely dissolved into the water. As soon as the mixture reaches a boil, turn down the heat and let simmer gently for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Once the mixture cools completely then remove the cinnamon sticks (and discard). Store the syrup in the refrigerator until ready to use. And get the Cold Brew ready.


Bringing it together

  • Add ice cubes to a serving glass
  • Pour 1 ounce of milk
  • Pour tablespoon of Honey Syrup
  • Mix
  • Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top for extra flavor
